Our oils come in small 3ml screw top bottles that are light and easy to carry around. They also come with a roller ball for easy application.

The oil should be applied to the wrist area of both hands as well as behind both ears.
After application, deeply inhale the scent for added benefit. Over the course of the day, regularly inhale the scent from your wrist. Apply more often if necessary.

If you are using the Trio Pack, then apply according to your choice or how you feel the oil is assisting you.
